If you head to our store you can purchase all GroupFit and MyFit sessions through our secure checkout!
We also accept card payments in person using our card reader.
Due to Covid-19 we do not currently accept cash.
All sessions must be paid for in advance or at the start of the session.
Booking online is easy, just head to our booking area select the product and then day and time you wish and follow the instructions.
Once you have booked a session you have a couple options when it comes to payment - you can pay online through our store (see question above) or in person with our card reader.
Currently because of Covid-19 regulations we do not accept cash.
We undertake screening of our clients before any programme is written up. This allows us to assess on a individual level whether you can start a programme or whether you need to be cleared by your GP or healthcare professional first! This will all be explained at your introduction session.
MyFit is our traditional personal training programme - you arrange with your trainer days and times to have face to face sessions on top of your programme and support through social media, whats app and phone.
MyFit Online is a distance programme, so you wouldn't actually have a face to face session with us we would still however be online for support and we have weekly check ins to monitor your progress.
Our GroupFit sessions are restricted to 8-14 people depending on the type of class and the venue. This means we are small groups that are less intimidating.
It can be daunting - but rest assured that we are a friendly bunch at Fletcher Fitness Ltd and our GroupFit classes have a range of people from seasoned gym goers to complete novices and from all ages and both men and women - so pop along to a class and have a look!
The smaller size also means you get more one on one time with our trainers!
