What is the difference betwen the MyFit Personal Training sessions and the MyFit packages?

MyFit Personal Training sessions are 1 hour sessions of personal training from Helen. They are a standalone session. They are perfect to supplement any programming you have from us.

MyFit packages are tailored programming. Helen will give you set workouts and habits that will help you meet your goals. They come with regular check ins to make sure you are staying on track. These packages are the best way to meet your goals! Some of the packages include Personal Training Sessions.

How to I sign up to one of your MyFit Packages?

By heading to our app site. Here you can set up the recurring payment, download our app and fill in the required forms before Helen gets back to you with your check in day and your first set of workouts!

I have injuries or a medical condition – can I still have a programme from you?

We undertake screening of our clients before any programme is written up. This allows us to assess on a individual level whether you can start a programme or whether you need to be cleared by your GP or healthcare professional first! This will all be explained at your introduction session.
