Group Training options are great if you want to supplement or build up to a programme. They are also perfect if you want a bit of fun! From bootcamps to circuits and more classes and group training options will change throughout the year!

Boot camp!

Starting Tuesday 7th June!

1 hour session

Outdoor bootcamp – mixture of cardio and strength based exercise suitable for ALL!

Every Tuesday 10am and/or Every Thursday 6pm

Glebelands Park, Newport
