MyFit is our face-to-face personal training offering.
Each session is tailored to help and guide you to achieve your goals, and is the perfect opportunity to get that extra motivation and advice from your trainer.
Each session lasts for 1 hour, and can be conducted at either your gym (If permitted by your gyms membership terms and conditions), your home, or at a suitable pre-arranged location.
Sessions can either be solo or with a training partner if you want that extra bit of motivation, or you prefer training with a partner.
121 Sessions - £25 per hour
221 Sessions - £35 per hour

GroupFit is our group exercise class offering.
We are always developing more group classes with various styles and focuses. All group classes will range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
During the summer months we take our classes outdoors and take advantage of the good weather.
Our circuit style training classes are limited to 8 participants per class and will include a set number of exercises to be completed in each round and will typically last 1 hour.
Prices vary depending on class type and venue.

MyFit Online is your own online only personal training program designed by our qualified personal trainers, dedicated to helping you achieve your goals - Perfect if you have a limited budget, limited time for training or already have experience of exercise and you want to take your training to the next level.
Training plans are designed to fit into your existing schedule, and offer continuous tracking and advice from your trainer via social media and email. This includes tracking body weight, measurements, and overall wellbeing, adjusting the plan on a regular basis to maximise the benefits of your workouts.
Plans are created in 8, 10, and 12 week blocks, and developed with your input to ensure that they are designed to maximise your results and help you to meet your goals.

Due to the Welsh Government placing Wales into a tier 4 Lockdown and gyms being closed all of our face to face services are once again stopping until the restrictions are lifted.
We expect these restrictions to be lifted for MyFit sessions on Monday 10th May in line with gyms opening. GroupFit sessions are expected to be able to resume from 17th May.
