Why we started…
Fletcher Fitness Ltd was started after our founder Helen had been let down one too many times by trainers in the past. She decided it was time to create a company that puts strength in the forefront – By strength we do not just mean physical strength but mental strength. It has been proven that exercise and a healthy lifestyle can improve mood, depression and anxiety.
Fletcher Fitness Ltd has four principles: Strength, Motivation, Inspiration and Versatility.
Everything we do is rooted in these.
Our community…
We are able to offer tailored programs to all – no matter your ability, experience, your current weight or lifestyle. We have a lot of new and exciting things in the pipeline and are really looking forward to grow and add to our current clients – creating more than just a company for getting stronger, fitter and healthier but really building a community that helps and supports each other.
We have a private Facebook group and Discord Server where our clients can share goals, progress, advice and just chat! Also, using our hashtag #iamfletcherfitness we are able to grow our online support community.
